In a perfect world, there would be a biomarker that is 100% accurate. But this isn’t a perfect world. Today, the ideal solution would be a combination of the 3 tools that are available: biomarkers, risk calculators, and imaging tools. How to sequence them and how to combine them are questions that need to be answered in the future. This will allow diagnosing patients that have clinically significant prostate cancer.
